Discuss and brainstorm finding new and awesome people to join the organization.

Development / Fundraising Committee
This committee is focused on developing fundraising opportunities for the organization outside of the events.

Events Committee
Purpose: To be a space to workshop new event ideas that would fall under the Shiny Garden umbrella, discussing things such as scope, purpose, staff, and so on. The committee then presents new ideas to the Board for approval or further review.

Marketing and Communications Committee
This committee is focused on reaching people who want to learn more about our events and our organization. Marketing strategies to increase the reach and range of the knowledge about Shiny Garden and events.

Outreach Committee
This group is focused on reaching out to the various communities Shiny Garden seeks to serve. There is a lot of overlap between the Marketing and Communications committee, however the Marketing and Communications committee is more focused on increasing knowledge (and therefore attendance) while the Outreach committee is more focused on serving the attendees and communities.
